The challenge
Administrative officers in DepEd schools carry a heavy reporting load across enrolment, personnel and facilities — most of it assembled by hand from spreadsheets that live on individual machines. The same figures get re-keyed into multiple report formats, and nobody has a single current view of the school's records.
Our approach
